This patch corrects the situation where it is impossible to install Service Pack 2 or 3 for Word 2002 (XP) because the Word installation files cannot be found. After this message, the installation of the Service Pack cannot continue. Run this patch to avoid this specific situation if it occurs. Note: This patch will require the Master CDs in case your system has been installed using Master CDs.
